Please read our policies carefully before making a purchase.
I want you to Love your jewelry and I’m happy to offer an exchange of full value purchase price, less any shipping costs within 7 days upon its arrival. After 7 days, all sales are final.
Please contact us before purchasing should you have any questions on any pieces.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges will not be issued to damaged, worn or altered items.

Custom orders and Commissions
50% deposit is required to confirm all special orders. All custom orders and commissions are final sale. Please allow 4-6 weeks for custom order delivery. Timing may be sooner depending on the demand of orders.
Resizing
There is a small fee for re-sizing of your piece of jewelry. Fees will be determined based on the specific item and what type of re-sizing is needed. Some items cannot be resized and those items will be specified in their description.
Damages and issues
Each piece is made by hand, and we know things can happen that are beyond our control, and pieces can sometimes break. Each piece is carefully inspected for quality prior to shipping. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We are happy to repair any damages due to our fault in production. We will evaluate the issue and work as quickly as possible to get your piece back to you in a timely manner.
